We’re excited to welcome back our All You Can Swim (AYCS) program this fall, giving enrolled students the chance to enjoy one extra lesson every day from September through December. With the purchase of an AYCS pass, your child can get more time in the water, strengthen their skills, and build confidence all season long. Here are some details:

Program Details:

  • First-Come, First-Served: All You Can Swim lessons are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited, and students may book one extra lesson per day using their AYCS pass.

  • Booking Process: To participate, you MUST call the school to purchase your AYCS pass. Once you have a pass, all lesson bookings MUST be made through the Parent Portal or app. Phone and email reservations for individual lessons will not be accepted. AYCS bookings open 1 day in advance.

  • Eligibility: The AYCS pass is available only to students actively enrolled in regular monthly lessons from September through December. If a student withdraws from enrollment, the pass will be immediately suspended.

    • **STP students are eligible to participate with the purchase of a Private Lesson AYCS Pass.

  • Lesson Type Matching: Students may only use their AYCS pass for the same program they are currently enrolled in.

  • Cost: The AYCS pass cost is separate from your regular monthly tuition. Regular tuition still applies for your ongoing scheduled lessons.

  • Makeup Tokens: Makeup tokens will not be issued for missed AYCS lessons. Regular makeup tokens can still be used alongside the AYCS pass and allow booking up to 8 days in advance.

How to Book:

    • Step 1: Log into the Parent Portal. If you need help logging in, please call us at 714-637-7090.

    • Step 2: Make sure your AYCS pass has already been purchased by calling the school.

    • Step 3: In the Parent Portal, click Account.

    • Step 4: Click on your child’s name.

    • Step 5: Click Passes.

    • Step 6: Click Use for Class and choose a spot that works with your schedule.

Terms and Conditions:

    • The AYCS pass is valid only from September 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025.

    • Students must remain actively enrolled in regular monthly lessons to use their pass.

    • The AYCS pass is non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • Missed AYCS lessons will not result in a makeup token.

    • Lesson availability is not guaranteed and is on a first-come, first-served basis.

    • Passes are intended for supplemental lessons and cannot replace a student’s regular monthly enrollment.

A: There is no weekly limit to how many times your child can participate in the All You Can Swim program. They can book one free lesson per day, every day, as long as there is availability. This means your child can potentially have a lesson every day of the week!

A: No. AYCS lessons can only be booked one day in advance and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Regular makeup tokens can still be used to book up to 8 days in advance, but AYCS passes do not allow multiple future bookings.
